A first conversation by video, at a time that suits your time zone. We ask about your plans, your family, what you own at home and what worries you. Afterwards we prepare a written Kenya Entry Strategy Memo that sets out where you stand, what you need and what to do first.
We plan.
We agree the work with you in writing: what will be done, who will do it, when, and what it will cost. You choose a single piece of work or one of our journeys, which bring several services together at a better rate.
We deliver.
Your Relationship Manager brings in the right people, from surveyors and builders to insurers and specialists, and manages them for you. You receive regular written reports with photos. Before you release money against a building stage or an invoice, we have it checked.
We stay with you.
When one piece of work is done, we help you plan the next. Many clients start with a single plot and stay with us as they build, invest, plan for their families and come home. An annual review keeps everything you own at home in order.
