What we collect
- What you tell us in the contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, where you live, what you would like help with, the details you share about your situation, and the best time to reach you.
- What your browser tells us: your time zone, so we can suggest call times that suit you, and the country your request came from.
- Booking details if you schedule a conversation: the time, and the video meeting link.
- Records of our work with you if you become a client: notes of calls and meetings, the matters we handle, and documents you share with us.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. Our website statistics are cookieless and do not identify you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your first conversation, on the basis of your consent and the steps you ask us to take before engaging us.
- To deliver the work we agree with you, under our contract with you.
- To meet our legal obligations, including record-keeping and anti-money-laundering checks where they apply.
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your separate permission.
Who we share it with

- Cal.com, which handles appointment booking;
- [Email provider], which sends our emails.
When your matter needs a partner such as a surveyor, builder, advocate or insurer, we share only what that partner needs, and only after agreeing it with you.
